Refund Policy

At FontHub, we provide a variety of high-quality fonts for download. Because font files are digital products and are delivered immediately upon download, they cannot be returned or "unused" in the traditional sense.

We encourage all users to use our **Live Font Tester** on each font detail page to confirm the typeface meets their expectations before completing any premium purchase or download task.

While we maintain a strict no-refund policy, we may consider refunds in the following rare and specific circumstances:

• The font file itself is corrupted and fails to install on standard operating systems.
• A duplicate charge was made to your account due to a technical error.
• The product delivered is fundamentally different from the one described on the font page.

All eligibility claims must be made within **14 days** of the original purchase/download date.

Refunds will not be granted under the following conditions:

• You simply "changed your mind" after downloading the asset.
• You purchased the wrong weight or style of a font family.
• The font does not support a specific glyph or language that was not listed in the description.
• You lack the technical knowledge to install or use the font in your software.
